ANDERSON TWP. (FOX19) -- Anderson High School hosts a volleyball game between seniors and faculty 1:45 p.m. - 2:15 p.m. Tuesday in honor of a student who died in 2011.
Katlyn Rosenbluth would have been a senior this school year.
Her homeroom class has kept her memory alive by raising awareness and support for a program that helped Katlyn called Josh Cares. It's a nonprofit organization supporting Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center that is dedicated to ensure that no critically or chronically ill children go through a hospitalization alone without the support of a parent or family member by their sides.
At any given time, an average of 25 seriously ill children at Cincinnati Children’s are alone, the hospital said.
