CINCINNATI (FOX19) - If you can't make it to Hong Kong or Beijing, you can still ring in the Year of the Dragon at one of the branches of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Many Library locations are celebrating with craft projects, games, stories, and other activities.
