MARIEMONT, OH (FOX19) - Greiwe Development, along with partners North American Properties and Sibcy Cline, will break ground on Mariemont’s newest luxury condominium development, Nolen Park on Friday at 10 a.m.
The condos, named after the renowned Village planner, John Nolen, is the third phase of a project that completes the vision of Mary Emery, founder of Mariemont.
Emery imagined multi-family residences within blocks of the Village’s gathering place, Mariemont Village Square. The two previous phases include sold-out Jordan Park, dedicated in 2008, and Emery Park, completed in late 2011 with 15 of its 31 units sold, and now the 27 - residence building Nolen Park with eight units already sold.
Friday's groundbreaking will kick off a weekend of events including a preview of the Nolen Park floor plans with CR Architecture + Design and lead project architect, Sari Lehtinen, and Greiwe Interiors designer, Judy Holland on Saturday, October 6 from 11am - 3pm.
On Sunday, October 7 from 1 pm - 4pm a special open house at Emery Park will coincide with the Rallye Porsche Mariemont inaugural event from 10am-3pm.
