VIDEO: Thieves take designer frames from Wing Eyecare store

OAKLEY, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police have released surveillance video from robbery that occured at the Wing Eyecare store in Oakley.

Two male suspects and one female took two pairs of eye glass frames, one Gucci and one Ray Ban valued at $548 dollars.

The robbery happened on Feb. 21.

Man wanted for stealing laptop from Staples store

SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Police are asking for clues in locating a theft suspect in Sycamore Township. The theft occurred at the Staples store in the 78-hundred block of Montgomery Road on Jan. 12.

The suspect grabbed a $749.00 laptop from the store, not making payment, fleeing the store in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a male black, early to mid 40's, blue jeans, black shoes, black leather jacket, black knit hat, and well groomed facial hair.

Woman wanted for stealing DVD's from CVS store

SYMMES TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Hamilton County Sheriff's released information and a photo of a woman wanted for stealing DVD's from a store in Symmes Township.

This happened at the CVS Pharmacy on Loveland-Madeira Road.

The suspect entered the store on Dec. 21 and selected $108 dollars worth of DVD's and left the store with out paying.

Once the suspect left the store, she entered a beige colored Toyota, bearing Kentucky plate 835HMB, and a male white in his forties drove away.

The suspect is described as a woman, mid to late 40's, green jacket, green t-shirt, blue jeans, white shoes, white purse, and dark glasses.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - The IRS, the Hamilton County Coalition to Stop Fraud, Scams and Abuse and other groups will issue a warning Tuesday about tax scams that are flooding email inboxes and possibly reaching people in other ways.

The large number of people involved in the news conference at the Urban League in Avondale may indicate a lot of concern.

Suspects steal money and damage property during Hahana Beach robbery

COLUMBIA TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Police are investigating a robbery at a popular volleyball themed bar and grill in Columbia Township.

Two suspects are wanted for a breaking and entering at Hahana Beach located at 7605 Wooster Road on Jan. 13.

According to reports, once inside, the suspects broke into a jukebox and an ATM machine and stole money from both.

The men also broke the front door of an office and stole money from a safe.

When police responded to the scene, several bottles of whiskey were busted on the floor.

Both suspects were described as male whites and were last seen driving a black or possibly dark blue Chevrolet Silverado.

Police looking for woman cashing hot checks

 

MONTGOMERY, OH (FOX19) - Montgomery Police are attempting to identify a woman who is wanted for receiving stolen property. 

Investigators say that on December 23, 2011, she was caught on surveillance cameras cashing multiple checks that had been stolen from a local insurance company.  It appears this happened at a bank branch in Walnut Hills. 

The total dollar amount for the checks she cashed was over $400.  The police want anyone with information on the identity of the woman to contact Crimestoppers at 352-3040.  All calls are anonymous and callers may be eligible for a cash reward.

SYMMES TOWNSHIP, HAMILTON COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office is looking for a middle-aged woman for a theft that occurred at CVS Pharmacy, 10554 Loveland Madeira Rd. in Symmes Twp on December 21st of last year.

Police say the suspect selected $108.00 worth of DVD’s and left the store without making payment.  Once she left the store, she entered a beige-colored Toyota, with Kentucky license plate 835HMB, and a male white in his forties drove away with her.  The suspect is described as a Female white, mid to late 40’s, green jacket, green t-shirt, blue jeans, white shoes, white purse, and dark glasses.
