CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A one-time professional wrestler who was scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday on 14 counts of felonious assault will now be sentenced later in the month.

Sentencing for Andre Davis, 29, was originally set for Dec. 21, but continued until Jan. 3. However, it was continued again on Tuesday and rescheduled for Jan. 23 at 9 a.m.

A Hamilton County jury found Davis, 29, guilty on 14 out of 15 counts of felonious assault last month. He was accused of having sex with 12 women while knowing he was HIV positive, and not telling them, which is felonious assault under Ohio law.  Davis was found not guilty on one count.

During the trial, several women who had claimed to have had sex with Davis took the stand to testify about their relationship. Each woman denied ever being told by Davis that he had tested positive for HIV prior to engaging in a sex act.
