Actor accused of forcing woman to have sex | News
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19)- A Hollywood actor is in the Hamilton County Justice Center, charged with gross sexual imposition.
According to court documents, Joe Vita Jr., 32, of North Hollywood, Calif., forced a woman to have sex at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Blue Ash on Saturday, Dec. 8. The woman suffered bruises to her arms and neck.
Vita is also charged with one count of unlawful restraint.
Vita is an actor who most recently appeared in The Return of Johnny V. He's also acted in the TV show Burn Notice and the movie Prime of Your Life.
