Teen arrested in rape of 2-year-old at home daycare | News
BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19)- A 13-year-old boy has been arrested for raping a 2-year-old girl in a Blue Ash home daycare.
According to a police report, the alleged assault occurred on June 27th at a home daycare on Twinbrooke Court.
The boy is now charged with one count of rape, a first degree felony. He was arrested on July 3rd.
Blue Ash Police are also investigating a separate report from the 2-year-old's older sister, then 12, now 13-years-old.
That investigation involves sexual imposition by the same 13-year-old boy with the older sister, although no charges have been made relating to this report.
