Kenwood Towne Place is sold again

Kenwood Towne Place is sold again

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Bank of America has agreed to sell Kenwood Towne Place just two weeks after winning the bid at a foreclosure auction.

The new owner is a local company, Phillips Edison who says construction will begin within the next few months. By next year, new stores and outlets can begin opening up shop.

SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, HAMILTON COUNTY, OH (FOX19) – A new Ann Taylor store with a new design concept will open in the Kenwood Towne Center next month.

The new boutique will be the first of its design in this area.  It is being built in the space of the old Ann Taylor store, and drywall was just being put in on Thursday.  During construction, Ann Taylor is operating from a temporary location on the upper level of the mall near Macy’s.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - The Stockpiling Moms will teach you the basics of strategically using your coupons to save big and dine out on a dime.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Public Library, these free workshops will be offered at select Library locations in April, May, and June.  Registration is recommended, by calling the hosting Library directly, or visiting http://programs.cincinnatilibrary.org/ to register online.

You’re invited to get ready for Opening Day – with cheese

CINCINNATI (FOX19) – Cheese company Sargento and the Cincinnati Reds have teamed up to help fans share their love of baseball and cheese. To build excitement for Opening Day, and help fans show Reds pride, Sargento will host festivities at Cincinnati Kroger stores in Harrison, Middletown, Montgomery, and Delhi, followed by another event at Great American Ball Park.

On Monday and Wednesday, the Sargento Cheese Mobile, the Reds Rover crew and the Reds mascot will make special appearances at four Cincinnati area Kroger stores. Fans can partake in poster making and win Sargento samples and other prizes.

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Metro will have a service change for six routes starting on Sunday, March 4.

Three routes have significant changes:

Rt. 1 The One for Fun, Museum Center-Mt. Adams-Zoo

The Rt. 1 will have a modified schedule and will arrive and depart Downtown from Government Square areas F and D every 30 minutes in morning and evening peak hours and every hour during non-peak hours.

Rt. 4 Blue Ash - Kenwood - Ridge Road

Two Rt. 4 services will have new trip names. The Rt. 4 Blue Ash will be renamed Rt. 4 Silverton - Blue Ash and Rt. 4 Kenwood will be renamed Rt. 4 Kenwood - Blue Ash. The Kenwood (Dillonvale) inbound and outbound trips will have modified routing to and from UC Blue Ash (formerly Raymond Walters). All trips will have modified arrival and departure times.
